Automatically collected
Like most services, we automatically collect technical data — IP address, browser and device characteristics, OS, language, referring URLs, timestamps, and usage patterns. This is used primarily for security, troubleshooting, analytics, and reporting.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information from other sources
We may receive limited data from public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, and social media platforms — including mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent/behavior data, IP addresses, and social profiles, for targeted advertising and event promotion.

4 · Legal bases we rely on
We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so — consent, contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation, or protection of rights.
If you are located in Canada
We may process your information with your express or implied consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. In limited cases we may process without consent as permitted by law — fraud investigations, business transactions, witness statements, emergencies, financial-abuse investigations, court orders, journalistic/artistic/literary purposes, or publicly available information.
7 · AI features
GPSoul offers AI-powered experiences — personalized rituals, reflections, and soul-path guidance. We process the inputs you provide to these features to generate responses, improve the models, and ensure safety. Where we use third-party AI platforms, your inputs are sent under contracts that prohibit training on your data without consent.
9 · How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this notice — unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., tax, accounting). When no ongoing legitimate business need exists, we will delete or anonymize it. If deletion isn't possible (e.g., archived backups), we securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.
10 · How we keep your information safe
We have appropriate organizational and technical safeguards. But no transmission over the internet or storage technology is 100% secure, so while we do our best, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You access the Services at your own risk — we recommend only accessing them in a secure environment.
11 · Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. By using the Services, you represent you are at least 18 — or the parent/guardian of such a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and delete such data. Contact us at privacy@gpsoul.ai if you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18.

13 · Do-not-track features
Most browsers and some mobile OSes include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted, we'll update this notice.
14 · Specific rights for US residents
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or other US states with privacy laws, you have specific rights regarding your personal information — including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of certain processing or sale, and be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. To exercise any of these, contact us as described above.
15 · Updates to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date. If material changes occur, we'll notify you prominently or by direct communication. Please review this Notice regularly.
